You can lift the rear of the car up by placing the jack under the rear axle, then place jackstands under car.
Is there any ONE single spot on the front of the car to lift it up? Seriously....

The sub frame is the usual spot.

If you can get a jack under the k-member and still have enough room to operate it (almost impossible on lowered cars) then you can jack it there. Usually easier to just do one side at a time though.

I've always lifted them on the front sub-frame rail just behind the K-member and the rear right where the lower control arm bolts on. Yea lowered cars are fun. 3rd Gens are fun on the rigth front because of the converter.
